Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear with the folders thing. When you submit a deviation you only submit it to one folder, if you drew Sonic or Tails that belongs in the 'Official Character' folder. <-- those folders are for drawing that has one character in it
If you draw a fan character you submit that into the 'Fan-Characters' folder. If the drawing has more than one person that goes into the 'Groups' folder, if its a couple, regardless if its fan x fan, official x fan, it belongs in that folder. <-- those folders are for drawings that have more than one character
The other folders are pretty much explain themselves by the title.
